Rescheduling:

Rescheduling can be done by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

We kindly ask that before rescheduling, you check our calendar for available slots so that we can smoothly accommodate your new time.

Cancellation:

Cancellation can be made by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

In unexpected circumstances such as illness, we handle each case individually. However, we recommend rescheduling the game time as our primary option.

Changes in the Number of Players:

Changes in the number of players do not need to be reported separately. The game price will be determined at the end of the game when making the payment. In the case of gift vouchers, we cannot divide them, so the full amount must be used at once.

No-Show:

If players do not arrive for their booked slot, we will charge a €50 fee from the person who made the reservation. The person who made the reservation agrees to adhere to the confirmed time and to our terms of use.

Late Arrival:

Players should arrive at the scheduled start time. Room preparations are made between games, so we cannot accommodate you before your booking time.

Playing in the Room:

We reserve the right to deny access from intoxicated players and remove players from the room if necessary to ensure the safety of that player and others. The use of intoxicants on the premises is not permitted. Players are responsible for their actions and should exercise caution during gameplay. Pako Elämästä Oy is not liable if a player injures themselves due to negligence or intentional actions during the game. If a player damages or significantly breaks game equipment or props due to negligence, excessive force, or intentionality, they are responsible for covering the incurred costs.

Age Restrictions:

The minimum age for our games is typically 15 years. Players younger than this age can participate under adult supervision, but we cannot guarantee the game’s suitability for players younger than this age regarding puzzles or dimensions. We reserve the right to deny access to players below our age limit to rooms that may contain content unsuitable for younger individuals. Further details can be found in the game descriptions.
